Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- In rare cases of high order volume, processing may take an additional day or two. We will notify you of any delays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days):
- Flat rate: Typically $15-80 depending on size, destination, and weight calculated at checkout.

Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days):
- Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight - may not be available for all orders.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., carrier delays or weather conditions).
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- Some larger items, such as desktop computers and large monitors, may have additional shipping restrictions.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Orders containing lithium-ion batteries or other regulated components may be subject to additional shipping restrictions.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
Shipping Damage
- We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at estore@compumatter.com or 360-299-2428.
- Provide your order number, photos of the damaged item, and packaging.
We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the situation, we may issue a replacement or refund.
Shipping for Returns
- For eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid further damage during return shipping. More details can be found in our Return Policy.
