Full Anti-Virus + System Cleanup Service (Mac)

Express Anti-Virus Service - We ran multiple antivirus scans, removed remote access software (if any), checked for malicious programs running in the background, and searched browsers for malicious extensions.

General system cleanup dedicated to removing garbage programs, disabling unnecessary startup apps, disabling unused extensions and removing bloatware and unknown browser extensions. Checked for unknown software running in the background and checked for resource hogging software. Cleaned up browser cookies and trackers from all used internet browsers.

In the future, if you get a pop-up that you cannot turn off that says you have a virus or your information is at risk, press the following keys on your keyboard: Command/Cmd + Option/Alt + Escape/Esc which will open an Apple program called Force Quit. Find your internet browser in the list (Examples being Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, or Opera), and click it. Then click the "End Task" button and the fake scam pop up should go away.
